Storyteller and monologist Coco Peru a performer who grew up in the Bronx on City Island and got her start as a downtown favorite in the cabaret world of New York City. On screen, Coco is best known for her roles in feature films, "Trick" the comedy "Girls Will Be Girls," plus a classic role in the open sequence of Will & Grace. She is bringing her one woman show to Wilton Manors, Florida, Friday, September 2nd. Paul Leary spoke with Coco on the phone from her Los Angeles home.
