The Circuit 11 Juvenile Justice Board, in collaboration with the Children's Trust and the University of Miami organized an event on the current state of juvenile justice in Miami Dade on October 2nd, 2009. The goal was to develop a juvenile justice strategic plan and legislative agenda for dismantling the pipeline in our community.

The featured speaker was Adora Obi Nweze, President Fl State Conference NAACP.
