Look, this project was bit off, chewed and digested with Jeb Bush ten years ago. It was more than determined agreed then that the costs were so poorly estimated at over $100 BILLION PLUS 2.5 BILLION LOSS PER YEAR, PLUS the French were to build it, plus, the French were to maintain it.
